PAYMENT

Deposit

A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. The property will be held for one week from the time of booking until payment of the deposit is received.

If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before the date of the holiday the full cost of the rental must be paid at the time of booking.

Upon receipt of the deposit, we will send you confirmation of the booking, travel information etc.

Balance

The balance, (70%) of the rental cost must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. If payment is not made on time the booking is at risk. We aim to contact you to discuss the situation should this occur.

How to Pay

Please make payment direct to our bank. This may be in GBP or Euros. Details will be provided on booking.

Breakage Deposit

A breakage deposit of GBP140 or Euro 200 is payable to the owners in cash on arrival when signing for the inventory. This will be returned on the day of departure less charges for breakages.

Central Heating

In colder months it will be necessary to have the central heating on. The cost of the gas consumed for heating is not included in the rental price and must be paid for in cash to the owners according to usage.

Cancellation

The deposit is not refundable. The balance if paid early is refundable up to 6 weeks before the date booked, after that time it is not refundable.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Please try to time your arrival and departure between the following hours to allow for other guests comfort and the cleaning of the property.

Arrival Between 15.00hours (3pm) and 20.00hours (8pm)
Departure By 10.00hours (10am)

LINEN AND CLEANING

Bed linen, bath towels, pool towels, kitchen towels/tea towels are provided at the start of your stay. These will be changed weekly for those of you staying longer than one week.

The cost of cleaning the property at the end of your stay is included in the rental price, however please leave the premises in good order, (washing up done, bin emptied etc.).

WHAT ELSE IS INCLUDED ?

Gas for cooking (not Central Heating), Electricity and Water are all included in the rental price. Water is from a spring and although fine for cleaning teeth, cooking, making coffee etc we recommend buying bottled water for drinking.

In the kitchen, you will find coffee, tea, sugar, milk, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, kitchen paper, cling film, aluminium foil and washing up liquid.

In the bathroom, a toilet roll and a new bar of soap is provided.

SMOKING

Smoking is NOT allowed inside any of the properties. Should you need to smoke outside, please be very careful as smoking is an extreme fire hazard, especially in the hot summer months with so much dry vegetation.

CHILDREN

Children are welcome. It is the responsibility of their parents to ensure they are supervised for their own safety. The pool does not have a lifeguard, and children can only use the pool when supervised by an adult.

PETS

The owners have their own dog on site. If you wish to bring a pet please email/call to discuss.

NOISE

We want all our guests to enjoy their stay so please respect other people’s privacy and be considerate, do not make noise after 11pm.

LIABILITY

No liability is accepted what so ever for damage or loss to persons or their property whilst staying at Podere Fiorito.

INSURANCE

It is recommended that you take out medical/travel/cancellation insurance.
