The Farmhouse (Casa Vecchia), is available for long term rental from November to April each year. The accomodation is available in three options to suit your own requirements. The farmhouse can be rented either :

 

a) As a complete house with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

b) Top floor only, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

c) Ground floor only, with one bedroom and one bathroom.

 

Which ever combination suits you, they can be rented for a minimum of 2 months during this period. For your comfort and privacy, when we rent out one floor, the other floor will be unavailable for anyone else. So whichever option you choose to take, you have exclusive use of the house (the unrented part will be locked closed), and all the surrounding terraces.

 

Linen and towels can be provided if required. No linen cleaning is service included, however there is use of a washing machine in our own house Casa Alta, 80 meters along the olive groves. The town of Pescia is also well served with laundrettes and dry cleaning businesses, most of which are conveniently located near a cafe !. The house is gas centrally heated. Gas and electricity costs are not included in the rental, they are both metered, and charged at cost each month.

We are only 50 minutes by car from both Pisa and Florence and for those who like winter sports the Ski resort of Abertone is an hours drive into the Appenine mountains. Our unique location provides an excellent base to explore the Tuscany countryside and cities without the crowds and very high summer temperatures.
