- Montecatini - 8km. An up market spa town with classy hotels, shops and restaurants. Montecatini is very popular with tourists from Italy and abroad.
- Florence - 50Km. Probably the most famous city in Italy and home to a wealth of culture and shopping.
- Viareggio - 50Km. On the Mediterranean coast and host of the famous carnival held annually. North of Viareggio is Forte dei Marmi, Cinque Terre and - Liguria. South is Livorno and the island of Elba.

The lawns and gardens are easily maintained. There is extensive automatic watering installed for the tending of the gardens during the summer months.

The pizza oven can be used for a lot more than just cooking pizzas.

The 10m x 5m swimming pool is surrounded by a fence for the security of children and animals.
