The Farmhouse - Casa Vecchia (Sleeps 8)

The farmhouse has been completely renovated and provides flexible accomodation over 2 floors.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and spacious lounge. This floor provides comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people.

The downstairs accommodation consists of 1 bedroom, bathroom, living room with sofa bed and kitchen area. It is setup as an independent apartment, but is easily reached by outside stairs on either side of the house.

 

Tuscany Farmhouse rental in this beautiful valley gives you to option to just relax under the tuscan sun or to easily reach the famous historic sites of Tuscany

When the farmhouse is rented as a whole all the terraces surrounding the house are for the private use of that party. Providing ample to space to relax under the tuscan sun.

The pool is 30 meters away on the same level, and is shared only with Apartment Girasole, the 1 bedroom apartment in Casa Alta - our own Villa, 80 meters further up the valley.

Facilities include : FTA Satellite TV, DVD player, CD / radio, Use of Pool, private parking area

 
When you rent our Tuscany farmhouse all linens including pool towels are provided

What is included ?

Bed linen, towels including pool towel, tea towels, hair dryer, electricity, gas for cooking, hot water, soap and a toilet roll.

Kitchens are fully equipped with the utensils you should need. An iron and ironing board are avilable on request.

 

Smoking is not permitted inside the farmhouse.

Swimming Pool

 

The pool is open to our guests from mid May to mid September.

Please note that that it is not attended, and parents must be responsible for their children at all times.

ACCESS

Please note that the apartments are reached by a sweeping gravel path from the car parking area, which due to the incline would be unsuitable for people in wheelchairs or those with severe walking difficulties.
