Apartment rental

The 3 apartments in Casa Vecchia are self catering, each with their own separate entrance and private terrace and have been traditionally fitted to a high standard. They all benefit from their own kitchen, private bathroom and living room. A further self catering apartment is available to rent in Casa Alta - our Villa, about 80 meters further up the valley.

Combined Apartment rental

Apartments Olivi and Limone can be rented together to provide spacious self-catering accomodation for up to 6 people. They provide 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen, with 2 private terraces outside for al fresco dining, sunbathing or just relaxing in the tranquil Bovecchie valley.

Farmhouse rental

The farmhouse when rented as a whole house, offers self-catering accommodation for up to 8 people, consisting of upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen and downstairs and a further bedroom, bathroom and living room. There are 3 private terraces surrounding the house offering ample opportunity for al-fresco dining, sunbathing or just relaxing in the tranquil Bovecchie valley. The lower floor of the house is reached via outside steps on both sides of the house.

There are breathtaking views in every direction, and due to the unspoilt nature of the valley there is an interesting variety of wildlife including badgers, deer and eagles.

Podere Fiorito is only about 10 minutes drive from the centre of Pescia, a bustling Tuscan market town with a large selection of shops bars and restaurants. The historic centres of Pisa and Florence are both within an easy 50 minutes drive, and the unspoilt charm of Lucca is only 20 minutes away.

The swimming pool to help keep cool in the summer sun is available to guests from May to September.

The accommodation at Podere Fiorito is available to rent all year round, and provides an ideal place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside and savour the Tuscany farmhouse holiday experience.

Child Free months

We have always welcomed families during the main school holidays. Now, due to many requests we are pleased to offer child free months in June and September to provide the ultimate in tranquility.

For out of season visitors, the accommodation is fully centrally heated, so autumn walking holidays or Christmas shopping breaks to the amazing variety of shops around Florence, Lucca and Pisa are worth considering.

Also Podere Fiorito is also only about 1 hours drive form the Ski resort of Abetone, and provides a great base for tuscany holidays that combine both skiing and sightseeing.
